Organizational Development and Coaching<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

E.G. Hammond Consulting analyzes organizational structures, development strategies and resources in relation to organizations\u2019 missions.  In addition to providing organizational consulting, she prepares written organizational assessments identifying specific recommendations and strategies to strengthen organizations in the areas of fund development, Boards of Directors, planning, structure and staffing and conducts salary surveys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grace thoroughly understands nonprofit organizational structures and helps organizations with staffing and Board issues, questions and conflicts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the organization\u2019s mission always in mind, Grace guides the Board of Directors and staff to operate more effectively. Additionally, she offers one-on-one coaching with Executive Directors and Board Chairs.
